CPSIA COMPLIANCE STATEMENT
Thanks for your inquiry about our products in regard to compliance with CPSIA regulations. All Little Green Money Machine products are compliant with the new CPSIA regulations. We have a comprehensive independent 3rd-party testing program in place for all of the products we produce and sell.
The Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) made a number of changes to consumer product safety laws in the USA. Under the new law, effective August 2009, the lead limit for any children’s product is 300 parts per million (ppm) total lead content by weight for any part of the product.
You can use and sell our products with confidence knowing our products comply with the new total lead and phthalate standards imposed under the CPSIA. We have General Conformity Certificates readily available for products as required under the CPSIA guidelines as further assurance of our products’ compliance to CPSIA.
